Acieta Appoints New CEO
Robert Komljenovic comes into his new role by saying, “It is our responsibility and duty to limit human exposure to dangerous and hazardous tasks by increasing the use of reliable robots.”
Acieta LLC, a robotics provider, has appointed Robert Komljenovic Chairman and CEO of the company. In his new role, he plans to emphasize the use of robots to ensure safe work environments, improve customer productivity and prevent labor shortages. Mr. Komljenovic replaces Kent Lorenz, who, after more than 30 years in the automation industry, is retiring as CEO. Mr. Lorenz will participate in multiple industry boards and nonprofits.
Mr. Komljenovic has 25 years of experience in the machine tool systems industry in roles such as engineering, sales, sales management and executive leadership.
“Robby’s teambuilding and accountability management style is a great fit in this very dynamic industry,” Mr. Lorenz says. “He will continue to lead Acieta’s relentless drive to deliver cutting-edge automation systems that make manufacturing businesses more competitive in both local and global markets.”
