Koma Precision (East Windsor, Connecticut) has announced plans to provide equipment to the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology’s (CCAT’s) Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC), located in East Hartford, Connecticut. Koma will provide a Tsudakoma RBA-320R rotary table which will add a fourth axis to a three-axis Toyoda FV-1680 vertical machining center used at the AMC. The rotary table incorporates hydraulic clamping and worm wheel spindle assembly for improved accuracy and clamp torque.
