Chemtrac, a division of North American Filtration, has purchased certain operating assets of Norcross, Georgia-based Chemtrac Systems, a company that has supplier monitoring and control instrumentation to the municipal water and wastewater, pulp/paper and power generation industries since 1985. Chemtrac joins four other operating companies under the North American Filtration umbrella, including LEEM/LLS (Ramsey, New Jersey), Mass Transfer Systems (Walpole, Massachusetts), MerMade Filter (Denmark, South Carolina) and Sanborn Technologies (Walpole, Massachusetts).
