CNC Indexing and Feeding Technologies (Mason, Ohio) has purchased MTA International, an importer, distributor and service provider for bar feeder and bar loader systems. The transaction was completed on April 1.
CNC Indexing will conduct bar feeding equipment business out of MTA International’s facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Earl Botkins, owner of MTA International, will serve as a consultant to CNC Indexing President Jamie Schwarz. According to CNC Indexing, combining the two companies’ resources is mutually beneficial for providing service and support to customers and distributors.
