Edgecam, part of the Planit software group (Tuscaloosa, Alabama) has set up a new office to provide direct service to its growing customer base in the Southeastern United States. “Customers tell us the difference between a good CAM software company and a great one is the ongoing backup support they get,” says Edgecam channel manager Domenic Lanzillotta. “As a result of our continued growth in the region, we realized the time was right to set up this dedicated resource to further assist our customers.”
