Eriez (Erie, Pennsylvania), a manufacturer of equipment for magnetic, vibratory and inspection applications, says a number of milestones are in reach as it celebrates its 70th year of business in 2012. In addition to continuing its safety record for no lost-time accidents, the company plans to open a new facility, introduce a new product at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) show and reach a new high in terms of its number of worldwide employees. Internationally, the company plans to open new or upgraded plants in Canada, China, India and the United Kingdom.
The company adds that it closed 2011 with record numbers of orders and shipments, both in the United States and worldwide.
