FABTECH, North America’s annual metalforming, fabricating, welding and finishing event, will soon expand its reach to the industrial marketplace of India. The first FABTECH India exposition is scheduled for April 10 to 12, 2014 in New Delhi, India, to be co-located with the Indian Institute of Welding’s Weld India exposition.
More and more buyers from India have been attending the U.S. event in recent years, prompting sponsors to create the new event which will make it easier and more affordable for these buyers to learn about welding and manufacturing technologies. FABTECH India will be presented every three years. Its first edition is expected to garner approximately 250 international exhibitors and 10,000 attendees.
The Indian event is FABTECH’s latest international endeavor, alongside the annual FABTECH Mexico and biennial FABTECH Canada events.
