Global Specialty Machines (Mason, Ohio) has acquired the business assets of Beaumont Machine (Milford, Ohio). The latter company, a manufacturer and distributor of multi-axis fast-hole EDM systems, will continue to design, produce and support its existing products under the name of Beaumont Machine, a Division of Global Specialty Machine.
