The Hirschmann Group (Flourn-Winzeln, Germany) parent company of Hirschmann Engineering USA (Schaumburg, Illinois) has taken over the insolvent JuachSchmider (Villingendorf, Germany). A holding company, JS, has been established to continue the transactions of JauchSchmider.    The takeover combines both companies’ lines of submersible single- and multi-axis rotary tables and spindles for EDM, which will now be available from Hirschmann.
