MAG has acquired Forest Line Industries Group (FLI), a supplier of manufacturing systems for aerospace, die/mold, large part, titanium and composites applications.
MAG has acquired Forest Line Industries Group (FLI), a supplier of manufacturing systems for aerospace, die/mold, large part, titanium and composites applications. FLI, which often touts its expertise in composite wing and wing box applications, employs about 300 people and operates sites in France, Germany, China and Canada. Mr. Jean Bertrand Prot will continue to serve as FLI president and CEO and will join the MAG Executive Board.
“This acquisition gives MAG another significant point of access to aerospace composites technology, manufacturing resources and demonstration facilities, as well as additional market and customer segments,” says Dan Janka, president of MAG Global Industrial Systems.
