Machine tool builder Mazak will host the largest event yet in its Discover series is this fall at its Florence, Kentucky campus.The two-week event, dubbed Discover Mazak—Tomorrow’s Technology Today, is scheduled for October 17 to 27. The company says it expects to attract nearly 2,000 attendees from across North America.
The event will feature more than 30 new machines and a tour of the company’s production-on-demand manufacturing plant. Visitors will have the opportunity to attend various technical presentations and to view machining demonstrations of real-world applications. Mazak experts, as well as the company’s VIP technology partners, will also be on-hand to offer technology seminars and personalized consultation on manufacturer’s unique challenges. Topics covered include the Five Levels of Multi-Tasking, automation technology, industry segment-focused process development and more.
