Klas Forsström is now global president of cutting tool manufacturer Sandvik Coromant.
Mr. Forsström has been with the Sandvik Group for about 17 years, mostly at Sandvik Coromant. His work has included leading positions at R&D, product development, marketing, business development and sales. Most recently, he was president of Sandvik Hard Materials.
His first task as president is to manage and further develop the company’s strategy for strengthening customer focus through local presence and global knowledge sharing.
