Siemens Industry (Elk Grove Village, Illinois) has launched the Manufacturing in America: Making Things Right tour, a series of “thought leadership” events exploring challenges and rising trends in American industry. The tour kicked off in April with an online forum on America’s New Manufacturing that brought together government officials and industry experts. Participants discussed workforce training and the new era in manufacturing, among other topics. Upcoming tour events will be hosted May 17 in Chicago, Illinois; June 11 in Los Angeles; June 24-27 in New Orleans; and July 16 in New York City, New York.
