Star SU to Offer Straightening Machine Line

Gear cutting machinery supplier Star SU (Hoffman Estates, Illinois) has agreed to provide U.S. sales and after-sales service of manual and automatic straightening machines from Italian manufacturer Galdabini. The company says these machines are useful for various products in the automotive; electro-mechanical; steel and forging; defense, energy; marine; and train industries. Applications include shafts and forms (including gear, crank, starter, axle and other shafts as well as synchronizing rings, gear selector forks and more) and bars and profiles (such as linear guides, elevator guides, square racks, and others).
