Manchester Tool & Die will display its M71-E-6 electric tube end-forming systems for tubes ranging to 1 ½" in diameter. The company says this machine offers cycle rates as much as 40 percent faster than comparable hydraulic machines. A servo flag stop system provides quick, tool-free flag adjustments, which helps operators achieve quicker and more accurate setups. The electric tube end-forming machines also provide easy access for tooling change-overs and service, energy savings and noise reduction.

The company supplies tube end-forming equipment and tooling to a variety of industries, with standard machines ranging from 3/16" to 3" OD capacities. Manchester Tool & Die also offers steel fabricating and production machining services.
