Ultra Tech Machinery, a supplier of precision machinery and automation solutions, has moved its headquarters and plant to a larger facility in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Necessitated by recent growth, the move enabled the company to consolidate into one building and while increasing both plant and office space nearly threefold, says Don Hagarty, company president. The company recently completed a total renovation of the building, which was originally built in 2002. Ultra Tech’s sister company, machine tool distributor Motch and Eichele, will work from the same location.

The 80,000-square-foot facility will house office departments including electrical and mechanical engineering, purchasing, IT, sales and more, as well as space for machine assembly, robot integration, a quality lab, a machine shop, a precision grinding department, electrical panel build and a service department.

Continued growth will necessitate the hiring of as many as 15 additional employees during the next 3 years, Mr. Hagarty says.
