Uni-World Capital LP (New York, New York) has made a strategic growth capital investment in Drake Manufacturing Services Co., a manufacturer of precision CNC machine tools based in Warren, Ohio. In addition to providing capital, Uni-World and its advisory board will provide strategic and operational advice as Drake continues to grow and expand its international reach. According to James Vosmik, president of Drake, the new equity partnership will sustain and increase the company’s growth trajectory. Drake will continue to be based in Warren and its senior management will be significant equity owners and remain in their current positions. The company provides CNC machine tools for threading and grinding as well as design, systems and support services.
