Brush Research Manufacturing’s Nampower Disc Brushes contain a combination of ceramic and silicon carbide filament. The brushes are available in two different styles: dot style for general purpose deburring and surface finish applications, and turbine style brush for medium and heavy deburring applications. The brushes are available in two different trim lengths for the right combination of flexibility and aggressiveness, and three different diameters to cover a broad range of finishing applications.

 
According to the company, the abrasive disc brushes produce maximum removal rates while simultaneously providing a quality surface finish. The discs are manufactured using a fiber reinforced thermoplastic base that results in less vibration and greater process repeatability. The professional-grade toolholder provides lubrication from the inside of the brush to improve tool life and cutting action. The brushes can be integrated into automated machinery, CNC machining centers, transfer lines and robotic cells.
