ATI Stellram’s XE solid carbide end mill is designed to slot and profile to higher radial and axial engagements, and run at higher surface speeds and feeds in difficult-to-machine materials.
ATI Stellram’s XE solid carbide end mill is designed to slot and profile to higher radial and axial engagements, and run at higher surface speeds and feeds in difficult-to-machine materials. The tool is designed to run fast and cool. Also, through-tool coolant and a deep-flute design evacuate chips more efficiently. The tool’s longer shaft maximizes clamping and reach, and it helps minimize vibration. The end mill is manufactured from a submicron substrate and is coated with PVD Nano TiAlN.
