The fully automatic, high-speed, circular model CT 350 A-NC saw from Kalamazoo Machine Tool is designed for high production rates with aluminum extrusions, small aluminum solids and other nonferrous materials. The saw utilizes a 14" carbide-tipped saw blade and spray mist coolant to routinely yield 50-RMS quality cuts at 90 degrees, or 45 degrees left and right. A bar-feed accuracy of ±0.005" contributes to repeatable precision sawing.

The saw features twin pneumatic vises with infinitely variable clamping pressure for safety and quality, the company says. The programmable control is said to be easy to learn and provides digital entry of lengths for maximum precision from the first cut, storage of as many as 99 jobs for future use, multiple lengths from same stock, and loop function for repeat sequences that yield maximum economy from stock lengths.
