Intended for precision measurement of the inside diameter, ovality and taper, the new gage provides 0.5 micron repeatability over a measuring range from 3 mm to 300 mm. The custom measuring transducer provides favorable metrological performance in addition to reliability and durability, the company says. The gage features IP67 protection against water and coolant as well as a field-replaceable cable.
