The Auto-Cut is a CNC carbide rod cutoff machine for the carbide tool and carbide rod manufacturing industries. According to the company, it can double the production rate for cutting carbide rod when compared to manual cutoff machines. Its CNC control features a touchscreen operator interface. Parameters can be quickly set for rod diameter and length. The machine automatically loads and cuts rods for a large-capacity magazine. Capacity of the cutoff machine is 0.055" (1.4 mm) to 1 9/16" (40 mm) diameter rod, as much as 16" long. A flood coolant system comes as a standard item.
