Cecor's CE-30 extra-power twin tank sump cleaner and dispenser can be an important part of a coolant recycling program. It has two 60-gallon tanks on a single chassis—a sump cleaner tank on one side, dispenser tank on the other.
Use the sump cleaner tank to suck out the contents from a machine tool sump. The CE30‘s 3-hp electric motor generates suction to 13" Hg (177" water) to clean out a sump fast. The 2.3-cu.-ft. filter catches chips and swarf, while the filtered coolant enters the tank. The filtered coolant can then be pumped back into the sump for additional use or easily transported for batch recycling.
Use the dispenser tank to top off the coolant sump with fresh coolant. Both tanks have pump-in/pump-out capability. The CE-30 maneuvers easily down tight aisles and small spaces.
