Dürr Ecoclean’s airless/airtight Universal 81C parts washer uses fluid agitation in a rotating injection flood wash chamber to degrease parts, and then the degreased parts exit completely dry without the need for supplemental air blowing. Unlike vapor degreasers and conventional chlorinated solvent washers, the 81C uses non-chlorinated hydrocarbons that are not classified as hazardous air pollutants.
Able to process four standard baskets per cycle, the chamber washer applies ultrasonic cleaning to remove debris from difficult-to-reach cavities. It comes complete with a continuous oil discharge unit to draw oils away from the cleaning solution, prolonging the life of the wash solution and preventing recontamination of the part.
The 81C is built-to-stock with two rounded tanks and a stainless steel floor pan. Pipes are easily accessed inside for easier preventive maintenance. The machine stores eight cleaning programs in its integrated control panel, enabling customers to process a variety of different parts in a single machine with a simple menu change. Cleaning programs are fully customizable and can be changed at any time.
