SigmaClean is a new line of cleaning systems designed to easily fit into any lean production cell to produce clean and dry parts, while minimizing costs and downtime. Models such as the Agi-Spray, Conveyor and Rotary are available to meet varying cell lay-outs and to handle an array of part configurations. The Agi-Spray combines triple cleaning action to clean parts loaded into the basket or mounted on engineered fixtures. The Conveyor handles part on an in-line belt conveyor, while the Rotary features a single loading/unloading point for a range of small parts.
