Rofin-Baasel offers the RT (rotary table) version of its family of EasyMark tabletop laser marking systems. To increase throughput, a 13.5"-diameter, two-position indexing table enables simultaneous part marking and loading. The RT system also eliminates repetitive opening and closing of the door with each part loading.
Both metal and plastic parts can be marked within the 120- × 120-mm marking field. The system can generate logos, text, graphics, and 1D and 2D bar codes. VLM (VisualLaserMarker) software enables users to download mark program files and laser control files directly from a laptop or desktop computer.
The versatile laser features high beam quality and pulse stability. It is completely air-cooled and plugs into any 110 outlet. The company says its end-pumped diode technology increases diode life and minimizes maintenance.
