The Patriot integrated on-site recovery system for coolants and cutting oils has redesigned controls and uses high-speed disc centrifugation and flash pasteurization that has been proven in installations to end rancidity, coolant odor and dermatitis caused by coolant contact. The system is designed to remove solids to 1 micron, tramp oil to 0.25% and reduce bacteria levels to the levels found in freshly mixed coolant. All purity specifications are backed by an unconditional process guarantee. The systems are designed for flexibility, processing both water-soluble and semi-synthetic coolants as well as cutting oils and to return at least 95% of the recoverable fluids for reuse. A single unit, when used in conjunction with a portable sump cleaner, will service plants with 50-150 machine tools.
