Goodway Technologies Corporations CNC Chipmaster returns filtered coolant to the machine tool or into a collection drum through an integrated transfer pump. A second step through an optional polypropylene filter provides additional filtration   to 300 µ. A tangential intake port allows the operator to recover not just chips and coolant but strings and clumps as well. The 11-gallon capacity metal chip basket filters to 0.05" The system features two motors, a coolant level indicator, a high-flow pump (40 gallons per minute), a reusable filter and more. Optional filters and a replacement filter are also available.
