Madaula, distributed by Euro-Technics, has developed this live tool to improve productivity and reduce costs for the Citizen M20/M32 lathes. This tool has been designed to replace three different live tools—KSA-107, KSA-204 and KSA-307—joining the functionality of these tool holders in only one, allowing the use of longer tools with an adjustment of 180 degrees and a cost reduction.

Key features include longer tool length capability; an output of ER-16; a rotation of ±90 degrees and easy adjustment; maximum speed to 5,000 rpm; a ratio of 1:1; and long life synthetic grease, according to the company.
