With a maximum diametric pitch rating of 5 (module 5.0), the machine features a CNC electronic guide, a movable cutting head, and a stroking speed of 1,000 strokes per minute with a stroke length of 3.937" (100 mm). Featuring a rigid construction for high-precision cutting, the machine can also be customized for specific applications, such as cutting tapered gears with the addition of a tilting column. The machine uses direct-drive torque motors with the option of a FANUC or Siemens CNC.
