The RTC rodless cylinders, which are designed for high-precision, high-performance and compact dimensions, come in four versions. The basic version, RTC-BV, is suitable for universal use, while the RTC-CG version is built for high precision in compact dimensions. The RTC-EG is the guided version of the rodless cylinders and the RTC-HD version is designed for handling heavy loads.
Electromechanical Cylinders (EMC) provide high-thrust, high speed capabilities with flexibility and control for applications that have traditionally used hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, the company says. The cylinders’ combination of power, speed and corrosion-resistant construction makes them suited for material handling, assembly, robotics, metal forming and other applications. The cylinders contain a precision-rolled ballscrew actuator, which is built to provide high positioning accuracy and repeatability while eliminating stick-slip effect, according to the company. The company will also be displaying its IndraMotion MTX CNC for grinding and forming operations. The CNC supports as many as 64 axes of motion and 12 independent CNC channels. It contains virtually all the components—drives, controller, operator software and a powerful engineering framework—optimized for machine tool automation, the company says.
