Kalamazoo Industries offers the K12-14MS enclosed wet cutting saw for metallurgical laboratory applications such as slicing through sections of metal samples to inspect internal properties. The saw features a full enclosure with external manual operation, dual moveable 4" screw vises, dual coolant nozzles, an internal halogen light, and a 1" wheel arbor that accepts a 12" or 14" wheel. The saw is powered by a 5-hp, 1,725-rpm motor and has a capacity ranging to 2.5" solids and 3" shapes. The wheel is customized based on the type of metal being cut. Options include a power-down feed, oscillation cutting for large sections and door interlocks.
