View MoreThe F4NMD-R08 line is designed for medium and rough face milling applications. The milling machines have a range of 3" to 8" in diameter for face mill cutters. The double-sided, octagonal insert offers 16 cutting edges with positive rake angles.
Features include central screw clamping for the insert; coarse pitch cutters for medium to heavy machining applications; negative insert construction, which enables machining at a high feed per tooth; and the ONMU 080608 insert geometry with a range of carbide grades. Other features include nickel plated tools, which are said to be corrosion resistant.
