The MU-10000H is the largest of the Okuma MU range of five-axis, high speed HMCs. The machine is designed for challenging applications with a long-lasting, efficient production platform. It features a large trunnion table with a 1-m-square pallet capable of high torque and high speed machining. The machine has a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 5,500 lbs and workpiece size capacity of 59.05" in diameter by 44.29" high. The machine at IMTS will feature a pallet changer and high speed contouring with Okuma’s Super NURBS feature and collision-avoidance system.
