Rush Machinery offers the Model FC-250W diamond and CBN wheel truing and dressing machine. This machine dresses and trues flats, angles and radii on diamond and CBN single wheels and multiple-wheel packs. Use of the machine allows for increased efficiency and accuracy by profiling, modifying profiles and truing wheels properly—offline of the production grinding machinery. The one-piece, cast iron base is said to provide extra rigidity and minimize vibration. Standard features include ExVision, a computer-driven vision system with a software program specifically designed for the machine and its various applications; an automatic power zoom; and a two-axis DRO for measurement.
