Suburban Tool’s Master Height line of gages is available in sizes of 450, 600 and 1,000 mm as well as two different repeatability/error ranges: the Magna (M designator) with magnetic scales and the Ultra (U designator) with glass scales.
The line offers a graphical read-out with soft-touch keyboard and swivel adjustment. Both USB and RS232 ports are available for transferring data to a PC or printer. Movements can be motorized or manual with rapid jog. The gages are also equipped with an air-bearing cushion with a built-in air pump.
Other features include multiple reference points, optional printer attachment, a millimeter/inch conversion feature, SPC capabilities, 1,000-step memory and 2D capabilities. The products can also be used as “go/no go” gages and can provide quick manual squareness measurement, the company says. The gage is CE approved.
