Available from Techniks, NAP Gladu's G-Force line of thin kerf cutoff saw blades are designed for use in high-speed cutoff machines including those manufactured by Tsune, Nishijimax, Amada and Kasto, among others. The blades are said to reduce cost-per-cut and are available with cermet or carbide tips to suite a range of cutting applications. According to the company, the blades’ thin kerf and optimally sized tips maximize yield and minimize cutting pressures to require less horsepower, run more quietly, and reduce bearing and machine loads. A curved face design promotes rapid chip removal for a cleaner, more accurate cut.
