High Speed Rotary Tables Increase Productivity

Share

Leaders-In background

RNA-S and RB-S series rotary tables feature an indexing speed of 66.7 rpm. These high speed rotary tables are designed to increase productivity not only by decreasing cycle times, but also by enabling smoother surface finishes and thereby reducing secondary machining requirements. The RNA-S series uses a dual-taper pneumatic clamping system, while the RB-S series uses powerful hydraulic clamps and ensures indexing accuracy of ±7 arcseconds, the company says. The tables feature a full range of options including rotary scales, pull stud devices and either hydraulic or pneumatic rotary joints.
