Mighty Viper’s HMC-630 horizontal machining center (HMC) features XYZ travels of 41" × 32" × 35" and uses heavy-duty, high-speed roller linear guidways with a six-pallet system and a maximum pallet load of 2,645 lbs. The built-in, 50-taper, 25-hp spindle is available in a 6,000- or 10,000-rpm configuration, accommodating between 40 and 120 tools. A wide access door eases workpiece load/unload, the company says.
The company also offers its FS and BMC series of bridge mills, the DV-11G vertical machining center, the VTL, VT-18L and VT-50A x1000 vertical lathes, and the Jainnher JHU-2706 universal grinding machine.
