The LS900 fiber laser from Gravograph enables direct, permanent metal marking without applying a ceramic substrate. Applications include industrial panels and plates, signage and barcodes, and annealing steel.
The machine’s 24" × 24" table can accommodate up to 55 lbs and features pass-through panels on both sides for oversized items. Multiple parts can be laser engraved in one cycle due to the large table. The weight capacity, along with a 9.8" Z axis, enables large-part engraving. The system is equipped with a cast-aluminum frame, extra-wide heavy-duty belts, rust-free fasteners and four lead screws to control the platform Z lift while maintaining flatness.
The system is equipped with the Laser Style premium graphics engraving software for configuring engraving modes and laser parameters. A point-and-shoot red laser enables job setup and validation. Additional features include an illuminated control panel, LCD interface, interior lighting and end-of-job audible alarm.
