Moduleworks has released the latest version of its three- to five-axis machining and simulation software.

The simulation component offers fast simulation of the machining process and includes full material removal and machine simulation options, the company says. The simulation has been designed with speed and ease of implementation in mind.

The company’s toolpath generation strategies have been extended to support a range of three-axis strategies to complement its four- and five-axis, multi-axis machining component. According to the company, the strategies include roughing and finishing with rest material detection and support for the latest high speed machining technology.
