The CTX 10 Series lathes from DMG are now available with optional counter spindle, 12 driven tools and Y-axis for complete machining capability.
These lathes come standard with 45-degree slanted bed designed in a 4-track design with linear roller guideways for best operating conditions for both the dynamic cross slide and hydraulically traversable tailstock. Absolute measuring systems in the X and Z axes provide short positioning times and high rapid traverse rates.
The CTX 10 series offers three control alternatives--the Siemens 840D, Heidenhain Plus IT and Fanuc 32i. All controls are mounted on the pivoting SlimLinePanel with 15" TFT screen.
