Leveling Jacks For Precision Machine Leveling And Support

Share

The company offers a line of leveling jacks for precision machine leveling and support. The jacks can be used for leveling and supporting weights of up to 30,000 lbs. Offered in two styles, wedge action and vertical motion, the leveling jacks provide consistent stability.

The wedge-action leveling jacks are a two-piece design with a self-aligning base that automatically compensates for uneven floor levels, correcting inconsistencies of up to 5 degrees. Wedge-action allows easy adjustment of height with the turn of a wrench.

The vertical motion leveling jacks combine the advantages of a wedge-action jack with vertical lift capabilities, in one practical unit. The vertical motion leveling jacks may be used with or without anchor bolts, depending upon installation.

The leveling jacks are designed for use with CNC machines, boring machines, cutoff saws, generators, lathes, machining centers and other types of large, heavy machinery.

Each leveling jack is also available with vibration-absorbing mounting pads. These pads further reduce vibration and noise when attached to the bottom of the jacks.  The company says these pads offer vibration-absorbing capacity of up to 90 percent.
