Sic Marking’s e10p123 dot-peen marking system is said to offer user-friendly operation in rugged industrial environments. Composed of the e10 controller and p123 marking head, the system is capable of marking steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium, among materials.

The lightweight e10 controller features increased memory capacity for file storage. A USB connection on the front panel interfaces with a flash drive for file management through the SIC Tools software via a high-definition color screen. The p123 handheld marking head weighs 8.3 lbs and features a durable, ergonomic construction. Easy access to the on/off button enables quicker start and stop of the marking cycle. Internal LED lighting increases visibility of the marking area.

Accessories include a practical hook and balancing system, and magnetic clamping for over-sized or difficult-to-access parts. Ethernet connectivity and integrated boards for third- and fourth-axis accessories are available as options. A cart and battery option also provides autonomy for the marking process without limitations of electric power supply or air lines.
