Cimcool offers its Cimtech 320 product line, a series of metalworking fluids for machining and grinding applications without the use of mineral oil. The clean, low-foaming, synthetic metalworking fluids are appropriate for a variety of applications, the company says. The line includes three products: Cimtech 320, 320z and 320-HPF with FACT.

Cimtech 320 metalworking fluid is suitable for heavy-duty machining and grinding operations, such as form tapping aluminum and creep-feed grinding of nonferrous and ferrous metals.

Cimtech 320z is a low-pH synthetic fluid concentrate for metalworking. It is recommended for heavy-duty machining and grinding operations on nonferrous and ferrous metals, including wrought aluminum alloys, cast aluminum alloys, cast iron, nodular iron, carbon steels, stainless steels, titanium and other exotic alloys.

Cimtech 320-HPF with FACT is a premium synthetic fluid for heavy-duty machining and grinding of aluminum alloys and ferrous metals. It is suitable for high fluid pressure and high-volume flow operations in which minimization of foam is required for part quality and machine operations.
