Well-suited for job shops, metal service centers and trade schools, the 1530 JetMachining Center from Omax offers fast cutting speeds, high power, simple control software and an array of accessory options designed to increase productivity and profitability.
Suitable for prototype development and production runs, it provides high precision to cut delicate, complex patterns and can machine parts smaller than 300 microns made from materials such as exotic metals, advanced composites, polymer thermoplastics and glass.
Also featured is the 60120 JetMachining Center, which is equipped with the Tilt-A-Jet cutting head accessory to achieve virtually zero taper with no reduction in speed while cutting parts with square, taper-free edges, including interlocking pieces and dovetail fittings, the company says.
Ideal for the aerospace, energy and fabrication industries, the bridge-style machine cuts complex parts from materials advanced composite materials, exotic alloys, traditional metals and rubber.
