Hangsterfer’s Laboratories offers its S-787 metalworking lubricant, which is designed for tapping and deep hole drilling applications in exotic alloys typical of the aerospace and medical industries. The chlorine-free, vegetable-based, micro-emulsion fluid provides clean tramp oil rejection, particularly in systems exceeding 1,500 psi. According to the company, the naturally translucent formula offers good workpiece visibility, low consumption and can extend tool life while reducing coolant consumption by 20 percent. The lubricant also features low hydrocarbon content and increased operation life.
The company will also exhibit its Hard-Cut NG 22 self-extinguishing cutting oil for high pressures and cutting speeds. The molecular structure of the fluid delivers extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to the tool/workpiece interface to maximize feeds and speeds.
