Iscar will display its Heli IQ Mill 390 milling inserts. The triangular inserts provide three cutting edges and advanced cutting geometries, and are said to reduce cutting forces and decrease power consumption. Inserts are available with 10- and 15-mm cutting edge lengths.
Additional Iscar products include Dove IQ Turn for heavy turning; Dove IQ Grip for deep heavy grooving; Do-Grip IQ for grooving and parting; Penta IQ Grip for grooving and parting; Dove IQ Mill for face milling, roughing and finishing; and the Hold IQ Lock collet for heavy applications.
