SMTCL-Americas offers its affordable Brio BM850T vertical machining center that is designed for startups and educational users as well as larger manufacturers. The machine offers XYZ travels of 31" × 19" × 20" and an 8,000-rpm spindle. Its Siemens 808D control eases programming with conversational mode and includes a remote pulse generator and USB input for loading programs. Other features include a chip auger, coolant tank, automatic toolchanger and a two-year part warranty.
The company also offers its Brio Turner 4, a horizontal turning center with an 8", three-jaw hydraulic chuck, a swing over bed of 16.5", a 6-position tool turret and a hydraulic tailstock.
