Rosler’s R-SF line of mini-drag machines are designed to provide quality finishes and precise, repeatable processes. They are said to be well-suited for components ranging from propellers and golf clubs to artificial joints and dental implants.
According to the company, the machine provides more grinding power than rotary vibrators, yet eliminates impingement between delicate components. The hydraulically powered carousel assemblies provide vertical movement for versatile processing and are equipped with as many as four rotating workstations, each with independent drives. The heavy-duty machine features a protective cabin with Plexiglas doors and industrial-grade motors. A work bowl lined with highly wear-resistant polyurethane increases durability, the company says.
A PLC-based control panel eases programming of essential operations. Other features include a media upload port for quick and easy media changes and dosing equipment for accurately managing water and compounds, the company says.
